Women’s Self Defense
In this 6.5-hour Introductory Course, you will learn how to Avoid, Deter, Prevent and Defeat an unwanted situation from our certified instructor. James Olson is a retired Law Enforcement Officer with 35 year of experience in South Florida. He has studied 7 deference martial arts and hold instructor credentials in 4 to include an Israeli certified Expert in Krav Maga. He is the developer of the Olson Combat System and has trained Civilian, Law Enforcement and Military personnel in armed and unarmed tactics around the world.
Instruction to Women’s Self Defense is a combination of lecture and hands on classroom where you will learn about:
- Practical self-defense. No complicated moves.
- Proven skills that help you deal with situations from unwanted touches to dangerous grabs.
- Blocks and strikes that maximize your response regardless of your size.
- Vulnerable parts of the attacker’s anatomy.
- How the body reacts to stress and how to use that natural response to your advantage.
- Situational awareness.
- Use of Pepper spray and improvised weapons.

Ladies you will leave training with confidence in yourself, and the solid foundation you need, so you can continue to advance your knowledge and abilities in the area of unarmed defense. Firearms are an excellent tool in the realm of defense. This class will give you the skills to address a situation when you were not legally justified in using a firearm or didn’t have time to deploy it.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a Certificate of Training.
